It has been a long time coming but on Thursday afternoon this week, Fr. Emile, Kelly, Lilian and Marvin were able to visit Frankie to present her with a big card signed by lots of people from the parish, a cake, a bottle of wine, some lovely flowers and an Amazon voucher card from money collected, in order to thank and celebrate Frankie on her retirement for all her years of care and devotion to looking after the priests for so long at the Presbytery going from Fr. Brian, Fr. Martin, Fr. Andrew, Fr. Graham to Fr. Emile and also helping Lesley and subsequent parish administrators with her particular wisdom and sage advice. ’Mrs Hurley’ said thank you to everyone for the card and gifts.
